We accept eligible returns from customers worldwide. To return an online purchase, request the return within 14 days of receiving your order and follow the process below.

EU RETURNS
Free of charge when you use the return label and instructions supplied by FRENCKENBERGER. We cover the return shipping and return-related taxes and duties.
OUTSIDE THE EU
Accepted worldwide. Return shipping and any return-related taxes and duties are deducted from the refund after the garment has been received and inspected.
How to make a return
  1. Email return@frenckenberger.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number, the email address used for the order, the item or items you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Providing a reason helps us process your request and does not affect any mandatory right to withdraw without giving a reason.
  3. Once the return is approved, we will email you a return shipping label and instructions. Please wait for these instructions before sending anything back.
  4. Place the item in its original packaging, including any protective bags, with all original tags attached. Package it securely to avoid damage in transit.
  5. Attach the return label and hand the parcel to the carrier or service point stated in our instructions. Returns must use the label and method we provide unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Return conditions
  • Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging.
  • You may handle an item only as reasonably necessary to assess its nature, characteristics and fit.
  • Every return is inspected before a refund is approved. We may reduce or refuse a refund where legally permitted if an item shows wear, damage, stains, odour, alteration or other loss in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary.
  • If a return does not meet this Policy, we may send the item back to you at your cost where permitted by law.
  • We accept returns only for items purchased directly from FRENCKENBERGER. Purchases made through another retailer or a resale platform must be returned to that seller.
  • Personalised, altered, bespoke or made-to-order items, and any other goods excluded from return by applicable law, cannot be returned for a change of mind. This does not limit rights relating to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
Return shipping, taxes and duties

Returns from the EU. If the return is sent from an address within the European Union and you use our label and instructions, FRENCKENBERGER covers the return shipping cost and any taxes or duties charged specifically in connection with the return.

Returns from outside the EU. Returns are accepted from all other countries, but the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and any taxes or duties charged in connection with the return. These amounts will be deducted from the refund after the garment has been received and inspected. Charges may vary by destination and carrier.

The original delivery charge is separate from the cost of returning the item and will be refunded only where required by applicable law. We are not responsible for extra costs caused by using a different carrier or return method without our prior written approval.

Refunds
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return has arrived and passed inspection.
  • Please allow up to 7 business days from receipt at our return location for inspection and processing. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to credit the funds.
  • For returns from outside the EU, the return shipping cost and any return-related taxes and duties will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Any permitted deduction for loss in value will also be reflected in the refund.
  • We will email you when the refund has been processed.
Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like another size, colour or item, please return the original item and place a new order. Availability cannot be guaranteed.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, email return@frenckenberger.com promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. Where the claim is accepted, FRENCKENBERGER will cover the reasonable return cost regardless of your location, and no return-cost deduction will be made. Your mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
